New Collection From Converse Celebrating Fifty Years Of Dungeons & Dragons Set For GaryCon Debut

Dungeons & Dragons and Converse today revealed more information about the new footwear and apparel collection releasing next month that commemorates the world’s greatest roleplaying game and its 50th anniversary.

Leading the collection are two Chuck 70 iterations that feature first edition illustrations, graphics and characters seen within three stories – Advanced Dungeon and Dragons – Players Handbook, Dungeon Master’s Guide, and The Monster Manual – along with molded faceted stars on the Chuck patch harkening a D20.

The collection also includes Chuck Taylor All Star iterations, as well as an assortment of apparel inclusive of tees, a crewneck, shorts and a trucker hat. Additionally, fans in North American and Western Europe will be able to customize footwear styles on Converse By You, a digital experience which will enable them to craft their own unique design.

Crafted from the standpoint of adventurers playing the game, the Converse x Dungeons & Dragons collection celebrates the heroes, villains, and interactions envisioned by the Dungeon Master and balances nostalgic style with nuanced detailing.  Even the shoebox has been transformed into the iconic mimic.

The Converse x Dungeons & Dragons collection will be available globally beginning April 11, 2024, at Converse.com and select retailers but will make its debut this weekend at Gary Con XVI, the ultimate Dungeons & Dragons fan event that celebrates the life and works of the game’s co-creator, Gary Gygax
