Legendary Digital Networks has announced the launch of Sagas of Sundry: Goblin Mode, an immersive actual play podcast series set to debut on September 9th, 2024, on the Realm podcast network and Geek & Sundry’s YouTube channel. This character-driven narrative series is poised to thrill fans of tabletop role-playing games, fantasy storytelling and weird little monsters. Prepare for an adventure unlike any other as the all-star cast weaves together dynamic tales that unfold over the course of a serialized campaign. As the exclusive distribution and monetization partner, Realm will represent the show for podcast ad sales.
Hosted by Amy Vorpahl (Dimension 20, Critical Role), actress, writer, and experienced GM, Sagas of Sundry: Goblin Mode promises an immersive and ever-evolving storytelling experience. The core cast includes Danielle Radford (Dimension 20, Honest Trailers), Dan Casey (Nerdist, Geek and Sundry), and Jason Nguyen (Westbrook Media, Legendary), all seasoned storytellers with a passion for tabletop role-playing games and improv comedy. The inaugural season of Sagas of Sundry: Goblin Mode will feature a tabletop role-playing game to create an evolving adventure that blends elements of horror, sci-fi, and high fantasy into a sweeping saga. Set in the richly detailed world of Sundaros, Sagas of Sundry: Goblin Mode explores a land once ruled by godlike beings and now plunged into chaos following their disappearance.
The series tells the story of a group of genuine underdogs. Not traditional fantasy heroes, but undead skeletons and toothy goblins serving a foul necromancer in a dank dungeon. But with the evil overlord they once served now vanquished, their destiny is in their own hands for the very first time….
Sagas of Sundry: Goblin Mode will release 60-to-90-minute episodes every Monday across Realm and Legendary Digital Networks’ expansive content ecosystem. This includes podcast episodes, videos, behind-the-scenes interviews, after shows, explainers, and other engaging complementary content.
